The various steps which are to be practiced while including email signatures in all the emails are as:

·         Open new email message

·         Select signature> Signatures from Message menu

·         Under Select signature to edit, choose New and in New Signature and type name for the signature.

·         Under Choose default signature, select following options

·         Click on Ok.

Automatically adding a signature to a mail

·         In the mail app, choose Mail> Preferences, then click signature

·         Select an account in left account

·         Click choose signature pop-up menu after that choose signature.

Add a signature to emails yourself

·         In mail app on Mac, click on signature pop-up menu displayed in the message

·         Choose Signature
