Collective bargaining refers to a framework in which the negotiation of the collective agreement takes place. Under the process of collective bargaining, there is a negotiation in between the trade union and the employer. The negotiation takes place in a good faith. Issues like working conditions, wages, procedures of grievance, and fringe benefits are taken into account.
