1 THE PROJECTS  

1.1 Project 1: Forward strategy for payroll system

Start working on the project by collecting all the requirements and examine as well as analyse them. Moreover, it must analyse different models that are useful for distribution of services needed for Queensland Payroll system in Australia. It must enlist accurate payroll systems for the elimination of limitations related to existing system.

1.2 Project 2: Governance and decision-making

2.1.1 Owner

The project owner has an essential role who performs various tasks such as management of project scope, cost management, project schedule and all other operations related to project. These all mentioned factors will be managed by the owner only.

2.1.2 Designers

Designers in the project have negotiating position for cost management, scope management and other architectural aspects. But designers can never be involved in any conflict with project owner as the designer only prepare the design for the project.

2.1.3 Contractors

The contractors also have negotiating position in the project for cost management, scope management and other aspects related to the project. The designers in the project may not accept the strategy of contractor that can further cause some conflicts.

2.2 Project 2: Governance and decision-making

2.2.1 Owner

The project owner plays an important role who assigned have different responsibilities in the project that mainly involve all the aspects related to project management such as scope, schedule, cost and other operations.

2.2.2 Designers

The designers in the project also have negotiating position for various aspects related to project management who prepares the design according to the requirements in very appropriate manner.

2.2.3 Contractors

The contractors in the project have transferring position in the project for various aspects related to management. There can be a possibility that contractors may ask about increased timelines and investments in the project that can also cause some conflicts in relationship between contractor and owner.

2.3.1 Owner

The main task which is performed by owner is to handle overall project and overcome all the problems related to it such as cost overrun, time of the project etc.

2.3.2 Designers

The negotiating position of the designers is to make the system design by considering all the requirements. Moreover, the design must be appropriate and simple in all manners

Funds in the project are essential aspects that must be managed in appropriate manner.

2.4.2 Designer
