(Khan, 2016) defines that information technology has an important role in the future development of different financial sectors as well as the way of doing business with respect to emerging technologies. E-business began in 1995 and it requires the services and goods for the better delivery over the network. E-business is also transforming the way of enterprises in order to interact with each other for information exchange. The research follows the qualitative investigation in order to acknowledge the electronic commerce and the study of benefits as well as challenges in the emerging economy. Under the qualitative investigation, the data is collected from the secondary resources. A number of challenges to e-business has been identified with the use of subjective analysis. The results of the subjective analysis indicate that lack of information security, standards, reliability, and communication protocols are the main challenge to the electronic commerce. However, there are a number of benefits of e-business such as the reduction in the transaction cost for the participation in the exchanged market, increased control over the transactions as well as products, time-saving nature, convenience, and the quick and continuous access to the information for better customer response.

(Raaju, 2018) investigates electronic commerce as a new era of business communication in order to grow business with respect to different business models such as B2C, C2C, and B2B. The paper aims to depict the future of e-business with respect to the business. The research follows the theoretical investigation in which the main concepts of e-business is explored. The Internet is considered as the backbone of electronic commerce. In the business model of B2B, the exchange of information is done between two businesses. This is the prevalent form of the business. Along with this, the business to consumer model including online retailers, customers as well as the products and services which are free of cost. With respect to these models, there is also a continuous growth in the electronic commerce and electronic business. Some of the common applications of electronic commerce are also described in the paper under the theoretical model. these applications include enterprise content management, online shopping, instant messaging, online banking, domestic and international payment gateways teleconferencing, online office suites, and electronic tickets. In order to understand the concept of electronic commerce, the research includes the example of SAP AG which is the largest European software enterprise. The results of the research reveal that e-business is not only a single technology but also represents the large gamut of the whole internet.

(Shahjee, 2018) represents the impact of electronic commerce on the business organization. the paper mainly highlights the management information system, marketing and computer science, and finance and accounting of e-business. The paper includes the qualitative investigation in which the secondary data is collected from various reference books on e-business, e-business, marketing research, marketing management, internet marketing, commerce, management, banking, electronic advertising etc. the secondary data is also collected from the various journals related to the e-business, internet, banking, information technology, and management along with the various international and national research papers. The collected data from the number of secondary data reveal that there is a huge impact of electronic commerce on the business. E-business and E-business are not solely the websites, internet or dot com companies, it is the new concept of business and also impacts business in different perspectives. these perspectives include economics, human resource management, management information system, finance and accounting, marketing, production, and operational management. Along with this, the paper is significant in order to discuss a number of benefits related to the e-business business to the business organizations. these benefits are in terms of the operational cost saving, mass customization, lower telecommunication cost, and digitalization of the products.

(Baršauskas, Šarapovas & Cvilikas, 2008) aims to assess and determine the cost positions that mostly impacts the business organizations and total cost efficiency in the supply chain management under the empirical and theoretical background. The paper includes systematic as well as logical analysis of e-business expert research method which is being used over the past several years. The qualitative and quantitative analysis is also performed of e-business impact on the efficiency of the business. These results indicate that the main cost positions who have the direct impact on the use and adoption, and experience of big changes, are basically leverage cots of the inventory management, cost of labor, and cost of the process of material ordering.  The represented empirical research also confirms the theoretical implications of the impact of e-business on the efficiency of the business. With the use of this information, the future scope of the research is also investigated as an evolution of direct e-business and its impact on the efficiency of the business. Along with this, the results obtained from the empirical investigation shows the key areas in which there is a positive impact of e-business on the efficiency of a business. These include the cost of inventory management, labor cost, and material ordering cost.
