E-business began in 1995 and it requires the services and goods for the better delivery over the network. E-business is also transforming the way of enterprises in order to interact with each other for information exchange. The research follows the qualitative investigation in order to acknowledge the electronic commerce and the study of benefits as well as challenges in the emerging economy. Under the qualitative investigation, the data is collected from the secondary resources. A number of challenges to e-business has been identified with the use of subjective analysis. The results of the subjective analysis indicate that lack of information security, standards, reliability, and communication protocols are the main challenge to the electronic commerce. However, there are a number of benefits of e-business such as the reduction in the transaction cost for the participation in the exchanged market, increased control over the transactions as well as products, time-saving nature, convenience, and the quick and continuous access to the information for better customer response.

The paper aims to depict the future of e-business with respect to the business. The research follows the theoretical investigation in which the main concepts of e-business is explored. In order to understand the concept of electronic commerce, the research includes the example of SAP AG which is the largest European software enterprise. The results of the research reveal that e-business is not only a single technology but also represents the large gamut of the whole internet.

E-business and E-business are not solely the websites, internet or dot com companies, it is the new concept of business and also impacts business in different perspectives. these perspectives include economics, human resource management, management information system, finance and accounting, marketing, production, and operational management. Along with this, the paper is significant in order to discuss a number of benefits related to the e-business business to the business organizations. these benefits are in terms of the operational cost saving, mass customization, lower telecommunication cost, and digitalization of the products.
(Baršauskas, Šarapovas & Cvilikas, 2008) aims to assess and determine the cost positions that mostly impacts the business organizations and total cost efficiency in the supply chain management under the empirical and theoretical background. The paper includes systematic as well as logical analysis of e-business expert research method which is being used over the past several years. The qualitative and quantitative analysis is also performed of e-business impact on the efficiency of the business. These results indicate that the main cost positions who have the direct impact on the use and adoption, and experience of big changes, are basically leverage cots of the inventory management, cost of labor, and cost of the process of material ordering.
