The selection of the final candidates can be agonizing by the managers. This is because the selection of one wrong candidate in the business can create various problems in the organization (Contractors, 2019).

2.2 Team conflicts

The main role of the managers in the organization is to collaborate with employees, play nice in the sandbox, and work as a team. When one employee in an organization comes with complaining about another employee, it puts the manager of the organization in the awkward position. It is considered essential to distinguish between personal and task conflict between the team members. The task conflict leads to consideration as well as the development of alternative ideas. However, personal conflict is a toxic conflict and should be eliminated completely. Many project managers work hard in order to clarify the team values at early stages of team formation. A significant amount of conflicts in team member can be avoided with teamwork and collaboration.

2.3 Doing something unethical or wrong:

 If one of the employees does not behave ethically, there is a need to confront the issue immediately by the human resource manager (methods, 2017).

Organizations have a prescribed way of delivering and operating the organizational values and culture which are mostly technical and mechanical. The employees follow these pre-arranged methods which are known as organizational culture and this kind of transformation can be a big hindrance to the digital transformation.  The culture of an organization limits the employees to be receptive in order to change which results as another big challenge.  It is considered as an important aspect of organizations to deliberate if their culture is receptive to change.  The organization culture is a focal point of digital transformation which have a holistic impact on the performance of an organization. The organizational culture has a direct impact on the quality of employees’ life, the leadership style and the style of engagement with customers (MCCARTHY, 2019).

2.5 Lack of strategy for the digital customer drive

Sometimes the organization may launch its digital transformation journey where the lack of a clear strategy or vision is the major problem which can be faced by the organization. Having a clear strategy and vision in the place is essential to consider since it ensures the necessary steps for the business in order to reach towards the final decided destination.  It is also important for the organizations to treat the customers in the best way and to know all the policies as well as engagement models in order to establish their businesses.

Finding a good number of resources which are invented as well as being technologically sound are considered as huge challenges and major obstacles to digital transformation in the business organization. An ideal business organization is one which has information-seeking individuals, capable of knowledge sharing and open to changes.  They should be embracing in order to implement technology at each step and to deliver their best on a day-to-day basis.

A leader is someone who leads the team in an organization and motivates employee in order to work hard for achieving common goals of an organization.  A leader is one who implements the rules as well as insures the transition to the implemented rules.  Finding a good leader for an organization and a business is also a big challenge which is being faced by the organization. The leader in the business organization should facilitate continuous engagement with the customers, employees, investors, and suppliers and should we think to foster omnichannel operation.
